Terms and conditions of reservation
All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit equivalent to 50 % of the cost of the entire stay for 2 nights or longer or 100% for all stays of one night only.

Terms and conditions of cancellation
The deposit will not be reimbursed in the following circumstances:
- less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival for reservations in low season (i.e. from March 30 to June 14, 2012 and from September 16 to October 31, 2012).
- less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival for reservations in high season (i.e. from June 15 to September 15,2012).

Please note that in the event of early departure, the initially reserved stay will be charged in its entirety.
Rooms are available from 4pm and must be vacated at 12 noon at the latest.
